Do you come on-site?

Yes. We start most engagements with an on-site discovery session in Kansas City, and come back for key check-ins, workshops or go-live support when the project calls for it. Smaller projects are often handled entirely remotely. Between visits, our consultants work on Central time, so you get senior Microsoft 365 expertise without paying for a full-time local team.

How long does an intranet take?

Our Modern Intranet Package takes about 8 to 12 weeks from kickoff to a fully trained team. Larger portals with system integrations, like the construction portal on our Projects page, take longer and are scoped after discovery.

Do you work with our existing systems?

Yes. We regularly connect SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI to construction management, HR, CRM and finance systems, so your data stays current without double entry.

Can you help with just a small fix?

Yes. Our 5- and 10-hour expert blocks are made for that: a flow that won’t run, an app that’s almost done, or a SharePoint site that needs cleanup. The blocks cover SharePoint and Power Platform work; for AI or Copilot work, ask us for pricing.

How do you price projects?

Most projects are fixed fee, agreed after a discovery session, so you know the cost up front. We also offer blocks of consulting hours for ongoing work.
